Unllais has experience of running consumer and stakeholder satisfaction surveys, providing reports to include recommendations on how best to review and implement change through learning and customer feedback.
Commissioners of services and regulatory regimes increasingly require care and support services to have external, independent evaluations that demonstrate how people are involved in their care and support. Unllais have a well developed evaluation framework to review your service quality and prove your worth.
Evaluations can be implemented by our independent, experienced and skilled group of service users and carers, or we can train and support people who use your service in evaluation techniques.
